Job Description:
SnipeEX is looking for a motivated and connected Partnerships Manager to lead business development and form meaningful collaborations with crypto projects, tech companies, and ecosystem partners.
You’ll be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, initiating outreach, negotiating deals, and managing ongoing relationships. This role directly supports the exchange’s growth through listings, integrations, co-marketing, and platform partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with projects, protocols, communities, and service providers
Reach out to potential partners and manage communications from intro to onboarding
Structure and negotiate partnership terms, co-marketing deals, and integrations
Coordinate with internal teams on timelines, technical scope, and partnership execution
Track partner performance, KPIs, and ROI
Attend industry events, Twitter Spaces, and online community channels to scout opportunities
2+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth
Strong network in the crypto/web3 space (projects, influencers, infra, or media)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to present SnipeEX value clearly and confidently
Self-driven, deal-closer attitude
Fluent in English (spoken + written)
Bonus if you have:
Prior experience in a CEX, launchpad, or crypto startup
Ability to draft pitch decks or proposals
Multilingual (Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, etc.)
Experience with token deals, integrations, or sponsorships
