Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:
SnipeEX is looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to assist users with platform-related inquiries, issues, and guidance. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all users.

You’ll work closely with our operations and compliance teams to resolve tickets, guide users through processes like KYC or withdrawals, and ensure prompt, helpful communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support tickets via our helpdesk platform

  • Assist users with account, KYC, deposits/withdrawals, and trading issues

  • Escalate technical or complex cases to the relevant teams

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with users

  • Monitor and document common issues and help improve FAQs and guides

  • Provide friendly, empathetic support to both beginners and experienced traders


Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a helpdesk role

  • Excellent written communication in English

  • Patience and professionalism when handling user issues

  • Familiarity with crypto exchanges or basic trading knowledge

  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet response time expectations


Bonus if you have:

  • Experience using ticketing systems like Zendesk, Crisp, or Intercom

  • Prior work in fintech or blockchain companies

  • Multilingual support (especially Arabic, Spanish, or Turkish)
